Restoring State Mineral Revenues Act
This bill increases payments states receive for specified revenue generated from oil, gas, geothermal steam, coal, and certain other natural resources on onshore federal land. Specifically, the bill eliminates the 2% administrative fee that the Bureau of Land Management currently deducts from a state's payment for such natural resources developed within the state.
